As part of your wellness team, my goal is to free you from pain and help you live a happier and more peaceful life.

When we work together, we will create a plan to help you reach your health goals and then layout the steps to get there. Health is a journey not a destination and every tiny step in the right direction counts.

  

I really love my work, and my focus on women's health and wellness has taken me to many locations for training and I've had the pleasure of working with  some of the best, talented teachers and instructors.


One thing I know for sure, if you're committed to the goal, then I'm committed to the outcome for you.

I became a massage therapist many years ago as an offchute from a background in Occupational Therapy rehabilitation. It became clear to me back then that pain in general had to be dealt with before anything else could improve.  Now also as a massage therapist, in addition to therapeutically focused massages, I also do quite a bit of relaxation work for stress relief and overall good health and enjoyment.  An hour massage can really set you right!

I care deeply about every person I work with.  Together with the client I like to customize a plan for immediate and longer term outcomes to get the best possible result with each visit.  Regular, consistent massage is really important.
On a personal note, I am a mom of two all-grown-up kids, and a new first time grandma.  I enjoy travel, biking, going to farmer's markets and of course, playing with my granddaughter.
