Our classes are all meant to meet you where you are and are for EVERY body.

Class Schedule

  • Adaptive/Chair Yoga

    Adaptive yoga provides everyone with the opportunity to explore and enjoy their own unique practice. With props, like chairs, helping you find your balance in postures that focus on gaining strength for muscles, bones and joints as well as improving mobility. In this class customize it so that whatever is gained from each session can be exactly tailored to meet individual needs!

  • Flow Classes

    Stong Foundations: This class focuses on alignment principles and longer holds. This allows you to refine your posture while building strength and mobility.

    Rise and Shine: Start your morning off with mindful movement. Alignment based practice with a little bit of everything to get you moving. Breathwork, asana and core strengthening.

  • Restorative Yoga

    Restorative yoga is a tranquil practice that will help you relax into postures using props such as bolsters, blankets and straps - even the wall or chair can be used. Not only does this bring balance to both body and mind – it activates our parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) which helps lower stress hormones like cortisol while also increasing digestion.

    Restorative is accessible for all levels.

  • 6 Week Essential Practice

    We understand that everyone's practice is unique. That’s why our 6-week customized private instruction will help you improve balance, strength, flexibility, and mobility — all tailored specially for YOU! With access to our online library of videos and resources known as “The Essential Practice” you can continue improving after your session is over.

  • Family Yoga

    Yoga for the entire family! Experience a more mindful connection with your children as we explore yoga postures, games, crafts, and stories.

  • Caregiver Yoga

    Caregiver stress can lead to burnout. Join us in this caregiver foused class that will help you find resources to take care of yourself and reduce your stress. Group classes and workshops are available.

  • Yoga Mobility Fusion Class

    Taught in a private or small group setting. Experience relief from sore muscles and tension while helping you improve mobility and flexibility. Paired with yoga asna and breathwork, this class is the perfect fusion for improved mobility

  • Corporate Yoga

    Enhance your employees’ work experience with Corporate Yoga. Several options are available to fit your team’s needs- from weekly virtual or in person classes, mindfulness breaks and a one-on-one Essential Executive Program.

  • Yoga Party

    Celebrating a special occasion? Wedding, Birthday, or looking for something special to do with your friends? Use our studio, or we can come to you and provide a custom yoga experience for your special event.

Workshops and Special Events

Mobility and Balance Workshop

Balance and mobility are important to our overall health and if we don’t use them we lose them!

Join me for this three-part workshop series, where we will explore mobility in all areas of the body, work towards lengthening muscles, relieve areas that are stuck as well as build strength and balance.

You will leave with a home practice you so you can continue your journey to better balance and mobility.

Restorative Yoga with Salt Cave Yoga Nidra

Rest and Digest with a 75-minute Restorative Practice, followed by a 45-minute Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation) in the healing salts of the Salt Cave at White Dove.

Space is limited to 6 students.

Pints and Poses- Stone House

Sundays beginning in March. Join Jenny on the Covered Patio at Stone House in Waynesville for Pints and Poses.

Enjoy an hour all-levels class and stay for a drink with your friends!
